PICK A THEME FOR YOUR WINE TASTING
Pick a Place
Ready to take a trip through wine country? Let us guide you through a selection of wines from a country or region of your choice. You will gain a deeper understanding of regional characteristics and taste the diversity one area can offer. We can taste through France, Italy, New Zealand, South America, California, Oregon, or Washington...to name a few.
Single Varietal
This tasting theme is a great way to develop your palate, explore the complexities and style differences of a single varietal, and taste firsthand the difference between different growing regions and wine making styles.
Sparkling Wines of the World
Not all sparkling wines are made equal! Most countries not only use different grapes to make sparkling wine but implement different methods as well. This theme is a perfect complement for celebrations and those who love bubbly.
Take a Walk on the Wild Side
On the opposite end of the spectrum from Classically Cool is the Wild Side tasting. If you take the road less traveled or are intrigued by wines you've never heard of, this might be your ticket. We guide you through obscure varietals from around the world and open your mind and senses to wines you might otherwise overlook.
Classically Cool
Varietal 101 tasting, which highlights characteristics of the so-called Classic Grape Varieties. Encompassing a selection of Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Classic grape varieties are a great foundation for budding wine tasters, which makes for a smart first-tasting selection for more serious tasting groups.
New World vs. Old World
It can be Old World vs. New World in the wine world sometimes - but what defines the two? Here we cut through the confusion and explore (and taste!) the difference between New World vs Old World wines.
Work With a Winery
The best way to understand a winemaker's philosophy on winemaking and feel the intention behind each wine is by tasting a flight of their wines. We hand select wineries, work with their winemaking team, and choose wines they feel best reflect the estate and growing region. This theme is a unique way to get a glimpse into the thought process of making wine and have access to winery-specific wine clubs.
